Description: Über-aficionados of the vine bandy about terms like 'horizontal wine tasting' and 'Methuselah,' respectively meaning a tasting of a group of wines from the same vintage or region and a really, really, big bottle of wine. Show off your newfound knowledge at The Mansion's weekly Wine Chat. The informal get together is led by beverage director Michael Flynn, who has 20 years of experience as a wine director and sommelier. Flynn will pull some corks and discuss what he knows best: wine. Join Flynn in the bar from 6:15 to 7 p.m. each Thursday at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, 2821 Turtle Creek Blvd. Admission is $25 per person.
