expect a venue stage that is optimally up to the weather against a beautiful
lake backdrop. This, as we all make more great memories: singing, dancing,
and/or just partying with a great multi-group of meetup party people !!
Don also says, "Hi Everyone, just wanted to let you know that karaoke is
starting back up at The Oasis. We will begin on Feb. 2, 2011 from 6pm to
10pm. This will also be the 1st week of an 8-week karaoke contest with the
9th week being the final. Cash prize of $200 for 1st & $100 for 2nd for the
men & women's category.
One winner each week from each category will advance to the finals. Each
singer will sing one song. We have to limit the number of contestants each
week to 16 (8 men & 8 women). We will also be looking for judges, we would
like 3 each week & judges can judge for the whole contest if they wish.
Judges will will receive their meals free up to a certain dollar amount.
